Inner Awareness is a coaching practice in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, supporting adults who want to understand recurring difficulties in love and relationships. It is especially focused on people experiencing heartbreak, fear of commitment or abandonment, and challenges in finding or sustaining loving relationships. The practice aims to help clients recognize and break long-standing emotional patterns, develop self-love, and build trust in the possibility of lasting love.

Coaching is offered individually and for couples, with options for relationship coaching and online sessions. A distinctive part of the approach is the use of Osho Tarot cards to explore unconscious feelings and underlying causes of emotional pain. Clients are also guided to connect with their inner child through the projection mechanism and work through past hurt using sadness, anger, fear, and regret. Inner Awareness describes its coaching as compassionate and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for personal experiences and vulnerability. The website also features a webshop and Twinflame School videos.
