Inner Tribal Treatment

Inner-Tribal Treatment provides culturally sensitive substance-use recovery services for individuals and works directly with Tribes and Tribal organizations, including special service rates through memorandums of agreement. Its approach combines Native American teachings and traditional medicine with evidence-based therapies, recognizing the importance of mind, body, and spirit in healing. Services include intensive outpatient programs, addiction counseling, behavioral therapies, rehabilitation programs, and support for beginning recovery through an initial assessment.

The organization also offers spiritual healing through sweat lodge practices and programs rooted in Red Road Recovery and Wellbriety principles, including respect, humility, truthfulness, and spirituality. Its “Healing the Forest” program uses a Medicine Wheel 12-step model to support recovery from alcohol and substance abuse. Inner-Tribal Treatment describes its care as person-centered and provides guidance from experienced, certified, and licensed professionals.

The organization is licensed by California’s Department of Health Care Services and reports Joint Commission accreditation. It also accepts donations and invites people and tribal partners to contact the organization for information or to start the treatment process
