InnerActive Martial Arts

InnerActive Martial Arts is an Ajax, Ontario school offering martial arts, fitness, and personal-development programs for children and adults. Founded by owner and instructor Luc Trudell, the organization aims to share the Nerkin Ouj art and help students build confidence, focus, discipline, respect, determination, and positivity through training. Its classes combine martial arts techniques with physical conditioning and practical life skills, with options suited to different ages and experience levels.

Youth programs include beginner, intermediate, and advanced group classes, a preschool and school-age offering, and weapons training. Adults can join group classes, fitness programs, or self-defence courses. InnerActive also provides private lessons, martial arts workshops, and programs for Montessori and private schools. Special events include birthday parties, girls’ self-defence parties, March Break and summer camps, and P.A. Day camps. Some services can be delivered at a student’s home or another location, while regular classes are held at the Ajax studio.
