Inneres Licht is a yoga and coaching practice founded by Hannah in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, Germany, focused on women’s health and cycle-aware living. Its offerings are designed to support people through different life stages, with attention to individual needs and wellbeing. Classes include cycle-aware yoga, Feminine Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yogilates, prenatal yoga, yoga with babies, yoga for older adults, and Yoga Nidra; sessions conclude with Yoga Nidra.
The practice also offers workshops, women’s circles, one-to-one coaching and yoga sessions, online programmes, events, and sound bowl massage. Some programmes address menstrual discomfort, endometriosis, menopause-related concerns, and healthy cycle practices. Seasonal guidance helps participants adapt their yoga to the changing phases of the menstrual cycle, balancing movement, strength, and rest.
Sessions take place in a garden setting in a former nursery, with an indoor yoga room available in winter or poor weather. Through yoga and coaching, Inneres Licht aims to encourage self-connection, relaxation, self-care, and a more cycle-conscious approach to everyday life and work
