Inner Flame Journey

Inner Flame Journey is a coaching practice focused on helping women, particularly new mothers, understand how experiences and relationships from their own childhood can shape parenting, self-confidence, and relationships today. The practice recognizes that motherhood can bring old emotions and deeply rooted patterns to the surface, and supports clients in exploring these challenges and finding new ways forward.

Led by Tosca, Inner Flame Journey offers coaching and family constellations, as well as workshops for women. Its approach draws on Tosca’s experience and education in pedagogy, child coaching, and family and organizational constellations, with a focus on parenting, development, and family dynamics. The aim is to help women identify obstacles and recurring patterns, reconnect with their own strengths, and make choices that feel right for themselves and their families.

The website also provides free resources, including an introductory “Awakening” session, a trigger checklist, and an e-book about thriving in parenthood, alongside a blog.
