Inner Lane

Inner Lane is a women-led, Latin-owned running coaching team based in Chicago, creating a welcoming, community-centered space for runners at every level. The team provides personalized coaching for athletes preparing for 5K races, half-marathons, marathons, ultrarunning and other endurance goals, as well as those building consistency or returning to training. Each plan is shaped around an athlete’s experience, goals, schedule and training history, with adjustments informed by feedback, recovery and everyday life.

Coaching combines individualized run training with strength and mobility programming, taking a whole-athlete approach that includes recovery, nutrition and mindset. Inner Lane emphasizes evidence-informed guidance, supportive communication and sustainable progress rather than mileage alone. Led by coaches with varied backgrounds in running, movement, dance, yoga and kinesiology, the team offers direct coach support alongside weekly track sessions, long runs, meetups and community events. Athletes can explore coaching, book a consultation or join coach office hours. Serving Chicago and beyond, Inner Lane helps runners develop confidence, connection and long-term growth in the sport.
