Inner Peace CT

Inner Peace CT Wellness Center is a mental health and wellness provider with offices in Waterford and Bozrah, Connecticut. Led by licensed mental health professionals, including owner Jennifer Clark, the center supports healing, self-discovery, and personal change through in-person and telehealth care. Counseling services include individual, marital, family, and group therapy for people of all ages. Treatment uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and considers mental and physical wellbeing together.

Alongside psychotherapy, the center offers massage, yoga classes, meditation, and Reiki therapy.
