Eden Energy Medicine Programs

The Eden Method, founded by Donna Eden, offers education and practical tools centered on energy medicine, a holistic approach that views the body’s energies as important to wellbeing. The organization teaches techniques intended to help people balance and support their energy through everyday stresses and challenges. Its offerings include live and online classes, free introductory sessions, and the Daily Energy Routine, as well as certification and a network of more than 1,600 certified practitioners. The website reports that its live classes have reached over 100,000 people and that the Daily Energy Routine has received 2.2 million views.

Books by Donna Eden and her husband, David Feinstein, Ph.D., are another core part of the brand. Their titles include Energy Medicine, Energy Medicine for Women, and The Energies of Love, covering energy practices, women’s health, and relationships. The site also features participant testimonials and educational resources for people exploring energy-based self-care. Through classes, practitioner training, and publications, the Eden Method aims to make its approach accessible to individuals and professionals interested in personal wellbeing and energy work.
