Innovationsföretagen

Innovationsföretagen is Sweden’s industry and employers’ organisation for companies in architecture, engineering and other knowledge-intensive services. It brings together around 900 member companies employing more than 45,000 people, and works to create the conditions for a world-leading architecture and engineering sector.

The organisation supports members on employer responsibilities and industry matters, including employment law, collective agreements and insurance. Members can access the digital Employers’ Guide, legal resources, standard agreements and advice from employment-law specialists. Innovationsföretagen also offers courses, webinars and events on topics such as workplace health and safety, pay mapping and recruitment.

Through councils, networks and working groups, it brings companies together to address shared industry challenges. Its wider work includes advocacy, research and innovation, reports and statistics, and initiatives focused on strengthening Sweden’s competitiveness, improving skills supply and accelerating the climate transition. The organisation also publishes the K21 price index for consulting services, developed around the cost structure of architecture, industrial and engineering consultancies, as well as testing, inspection and certification companies.
