Innovations Therapy

Innovations Therapy is a private occupational therapy practice serving infants, children, and teens in Easley and Greenville, South Carolina. Led by Amalia “Mali,” an occupational therapist with pediatric experience since 2009, the practice provides individualized care in clients’ homes within 20 miles of Easley, with other locations considered upon request. Its holistic approach considers how feeding, digestion, pelvic floor function, posture, movement, sensory needs, and the nervous system can affect a child’s wellbeing.

Services include pediatric feeding therapy, lactation support, and pelvic floor therapy for bowel and bladder concerns. Feeding support may address breastfeeding and bottle feeding, starting solids, expanding food variety, reflux, and feeding challenges related to torticollis. Pelvic floor care supports children experiencing constipation, difficulty pooping, or urinary leakage. Amalia’s training includes certified lactation counseling, pediatric pelvic floor therapy, oral motor approaches, and gentle manual therapy techniques.
