Innovators Factory is a professional development initiative created and delivered by Seedble, an innovation consulting firm that works with companies and startups on digital transformation, open innovation, organizational design, and business acceleration. The program prepares aspiring professionals to become Innovation Specialists, helping them build skills for addressing business and technology challenges.

Its free, selective masterclass is designed for graduating students and recent graduates interested in innovation, as well as companies seeking emerging talent. A cohort of up to 12 participants takes part in intensive training, practical project work, and guidance from mentors with diverse expertise. Topics include trends and business models, customer experience, data-driven organizations, service design, design thinking, employee experience, and intrapreneurship. Participants receive a certificate confirming their attendance and the Innovation Specialist title.

Innovators Factory also connects businesses with participants and offers several ways to get involved, including recruiting talent, setting challenges, sharing case studies or talks, and promoting the initiative as a media partner.
