InoSMI is a Russian-language online media project focused on coverage of Russia and global affairs through foreign press and international perspectives. Founded as an internet publication of the international news agency Rossiya Segodnya, the site translates and presents articles from overseas newspapers and media outlets, alongside its own reporting, analysis, and commentary. Its coverage spans politics, economics, science, society, military affairs, artificial intelligence, and other current topics.

Readers can browse news and translated press reviews, follow contributions from foreign journalists and bloggers, and watch video content. The website features material from publications across countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, and China, with article summaries and editorial selections highlighting international reactions to major events. InoSMI also provides a catalogue of publications, multimedia, and information about its editorial project. The site offers account registration, reader feedback and question forms, and access to its content through an Android app. InoSMI states that reuse of excerpts requires attribution, while full-text and commercial use of translations are subject to restrictions.
