About INOVAcija
INOVAcija | Zadar is an institution dedicated to the development of competencies, innovations, and specializations in Zadar County. They offer a range of services and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable development, poverty reduction, and youth empowerment in rural areas. One of their prominent projects is 'Učinkovito aktivno PODUčavanje i učenje o PODUzetništvu u gospodarski nerazvijenim i ruralnim PODručjima – PODUZMI'.
This project, financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, focuses on developing entrepreneurship skills through effective teaching and learning methods. The aim is to equip teachers and educational workers with the necessary competences and to introduce a new model of teaching in entrepreneurship. By doing so, they seek to foster social inclusion, innovation, and economic growth in underprivileged areas.
