About InSessionCounseling
InSessionCounseling is a diverse group of mental health counselors and clinical interns dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth. Our services cater to a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, codependency, grief, relationship problems, and difficulties adjusting to life changes. We offer therapy for children, teens, adults, men, and women.
With in-person sessions available for those located in Indiana and virtual sessions for individuals in Indiana, Illinois, and Texas, we aim to provide convenient and accessible support. Our therapeutic interventions are tailored to each client's needs and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Restructuring, Person-Centered Therapy, Play-Therapy, and Crisis Intervention, among others. We are in-network with major insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem, and Aetna, and we also accept cash, debit, credit, and HSA cards.
