Inside Lockers is a Brazilian manufacturer of smart lockers designed to make parcel delivery more convenient and secure in residential condominiums and commercial buildings. Its intelligent mailbox system lets couriers deposit packages in a locker, then sends recipients a pickup password and delivery notification through WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Residents can collect their parcels 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without needing to download an additional app.
The company’s online portal is accessible through a web browser and provides real-time locker status, delivery history, and remote management functions. Its system tracks occupied and available compartments, allowing doors to be reused rather than assigning one locker to every resident or unit. Locker sizing can therefore be based on the volume of deliveries received at each location.
Inside Lockers states that it is approved by Brazil’s postal service, Correios, and that local postal workers can be trained to use its lockers. Direct Correios deliveries are currently limited to condominiums with remote, unstaffed entry services.
