Inside Me is a Delhi-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the education, empowerment, and employment of underprivileged blind students aged 8 to 18. Founded by Ms. Shivani Bharadwaj, the initiative has worked with blind schools in Delhi since 2013 and was formally registered in 2017.
Its central approach uses drawing to help blind students visualize what they have previously understood through hearing, supporting them in developing visual awareness and new skills. Through education, training, and empowerment, Inside Me aims to help students build confidence and work toward sustainable lives. The organization is supported by a compassionate team of volunteers, with experienced field and support members trained to address the needs of visually challenged students.
A board of members provides guidance, while the team manages day-to-day operations. Inside Me also invites the public to contribute and offers access to its annual report, reflecting its focus on supporting blind students through practical learning and community involvement
