Insieme per crescere

Associazione Insieme per crescere ETS is an Italian nonprofit association dedicated to supporting newborns, particularly premature and medically vulnerable infants, and helping them through their growth journey. Founded in 2001, it brings together parents, doctors, nurses, and volunteers in support of the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Bolognini Hospital in Seriate. The association’s work focuses on strengthening care and assistance from birth in the delivery room, throughout a baby’s hospital stay, and beyond.

The hospital unit cares for newborns with conditions including prematurity, respiratory insufficiency, and infectious, metabolic, or neurological illnesses. Their stays may last from a few days to several months. Insieme per crescere has carried out projects to improve life for premature babies and continues to seek support for this work. Its website also offers information about preterm birth and neonatal intensive care, along with educational videos and guidance for families. Through its resources, the association aims to inform, advise, and accompany families as their newborns receive care and continue growing.
