Founder Reena Goenka, a highly experienced trauma therapist specializing in EMDR and Brainspotting techniques, started ICT with a vision to empower individuals, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or economic constraints. What sets us apart is our unique approach, offering Group Therapy sessions using a combination of Nonviolent Communication, Process Works therapy, and Relational Transactional Analysis for conflict resolution. We are also the only counseling center in Singapore that offers unlimited FREE counseling sessions by interns undergoing their Master's in Counseling.
