Insight Matters

Insight Matters is a family-owned counselling, psychotherapy and wellness centre based at 106 Capel Street in Dublin. The centre supports children, adolescents and adults through in-person and online appointments, offering help with a wide range of mental health and personal concerns. Its services include individual, relationship and family therapy, EMDR, online counselling and lower-cost therapy with a therapist in training. Clients can seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, addiction, relationship difficulties, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem and workplace stress.

Alongside its Mind Matters mental health services, Insight Matters offers Body Matters holistic therapies, with practitioners taking a whole-person approach and aiming to address underlying concerns. The centre also provides services for therapists, including continuing professional development training, and offers workplace wellness programmes, employee assistance, talks and workshops. Insight Matters shares information and perspectives through its blog, podcasts and media content. Its practitioners work as independent sole traders and hold their own professional indemnity insurance, with accreditation or pre-accreditation through their respective professional bodies.
