Insight Support Group

Insight Support Group provides disability, community and capacity-building services to individuals, families, organisations and professionals across the Albury–Wodonga region. Its work supports people funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), as well as those seeking practical assistance, counselling, mentoring, training and professional education. Services are tailored to each person’s goals, preferences and everyday circumstances, with an emphasis on respect, trust and meaningful relationships.

The organisation offers NDIS support coordination to help participants understand and manage their plans, along with social and community participation support to build connection and confidence. Personal and home care services assist with daily living and independence, while counselling provides structured support for managing stress and moving forward. Mentoring helps people develop confidence, independence and life skills, and psychosocial support can assist with routines, daily life and wellbeing. Insight Support Group also provides speaking engagements and training for professionals and communities.

Its approach is person-centred and strengths-based, respecting choice and control while aiming for clear communication and reliable service.
