About INSPIRASI
INSPIRASI (Inisiatif Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Untuk Raih Prestasi) is a nonprofit and independent organization dedicated to improving the quality of student learning through enhancing the effectiveness of school leadership, particularly in relation to teaching and learning. As part of the Global School Leaders (GSL) network, INSPIRASI Foundation focuses on school leadership issues in developing countries. Since its inception in 2019, INSPIRASI has been working closely with school principals, supervisors, teachers, and the Department of Education in several regions including Karawang, Tegal, Sumba Barat Daya, Pemalang, and DKI Jakarta.
With 5 districts, 36 school supervisors, 459 school principals, 1,230 teachers, and 46,113 students as partners, INSPIRASI offers various programs such as Instructional Leadership, Gender Responsive Leadership, Enuma Leadership Coaching, and Project Remedial Numerasi (ADBI). Through studies, publications, and policy insights related to school leadership, INSPIRASI strives to achieve high-quality education for all.
