Inspire Big Dreams is the coaching and consulting practice of Melissa, a certified coach and entrepreneur who helps organizations, leaders, and individuals pursue meaningful personal and professional goals. Drawing on experience in human resources and employee development, Melissa combines coaching, training, and HR consulting to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take action.
