Inspired Peru

Inspired Peru is an artisan-owned brand creating handmade Peruvian products rooted in Andean traditions. Founded by Carlos, whose family has made alpaca stuffed animals by hand, the business brings together more than 35 artisan families across Cusco and Puno. It works directly with these makers, bypassing middlemen and supporting traditional livelihoods.

The collection includes genuine Huacaya and Suri alpaca stuffed animals, offered in a range of designs and sizes, as well as alpaca slippers, winter accessories, and gifts. For the home, Inspired Peru sells vintage Frazada rugs, pillows, wall art, alpaca throws, ornaments, and custom pieces. Its accessories include jewelry, bags and purses, hand-woven belts, bag charms, and keychains.

Inspired Peru emphasizes handmade craftsmanship, direct-to-family trade, and the use of alpaca fiber sourced through traditions that have honored the animal for generations. The brand also provides guides to its stuffed animals, including information about sizing, construction, safety, and gift selection. Orders within the continental United States ship free, and customers can include a gift message.
