Instant DJ

Instant DJ is a Kelowna-based DJ service led by John Bird, serving weddings and events across the Okanagan Valley. With more than 13 years of experience, John helps clients create celebrations shaped around their tastes, guests, and vision. The service goes beyond playing songs: it includes personalized planning, playlist coordination, and attentive music selection that responds to the atmosphere and keeps the dance floor engaged.

For weddings and other events, Instant DJ provides a complete sound and lighting setup, including a professional sound system, dynamic dance-floor lighting, venue uplighting, and wireless handheld and lapel microphones for speeches and announcements. John works with clients to identify must-play and do-not-play songs, accommodate preferences, and build a soundtrack for key moments. His approach emphasizes organized preparation, seamless mixing, and reading the room so the music can adapt as the celebration unfolds.

Instant DJ offers a personal, energetic DJ experience designed to make gatherings distinctive and memorable. The business welcomes inquiries by phone, text, or email.
