Instant Rick Roll

Instant Rick Roll is an online tool for creating custom Rick Roll links designed to surprise friends and coworkers. Its service generates a link that can be presented with a chosen title, description, and image, allowing the creator to disguise the destination as a news article, announcement, or another kind of message. The goal is to make the link preview appear tailored to the setup before recipients open it and encounter the familiar Rick Roll.

To create a link, users fill in a simple form with a fake title, a description, an image link, and the destination link. The site recommends providing an image URL so the picture can appear in the preview. Instant Rick Roll says its generated links work on services that set link previews, including iMessage, Facebook, Twitter, Slack, and Discord, as well as other similar sites. The tool is positioned for quick, playful pranks and does not describe additional products or services beyond its custom link generator.
