Instinct is a personal assistant designed to understand what you are working on and what matters to you, then take action across your applications and devices. It connects with tools and information sources such as email, messaging, your screen, audio, and location, helping it respond with awareness of your everyday context. Rather than asking you to learn a new interface, Instinct is designed to use a phone and computer in ways similar to a person. You can communicate with it by text or phone call.

Its assistance is intended to cover both ongoing tasks and practical arrangements. Instinct can follow up on conversations or threads you have left unfinished, proactively contact you by text or call, arrange a ride to the airport, or book a handyman for your apartment. The service is built around handling the personal nuances of daily life and carrying tasks across connected applications and devices. Users can get started by texting Instinct. Its website also provides a privacy policy, terms of service, and a contact email.
