Instituto Baldor is a private, Ministry of Education-recognized school in Chile, with campuses in Quilpué and Quillota. Established in 1976, it marks 50 years of supporting students and is evolving its identity as Colegio Baldor. The school serves learners from seventh grade through fourth year of high school, offering both year-by-year study and a 2x1 option that allows students to complete two years of secondary education in one.
Its educational approach combines a morning schedule, generally from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with personalized teaching and individual reinforcement. Reading comprehension is developed across subjects, alongside scientific and philosophical thinking. The curriculum follows the Ministry of Education’s requirements and takes a science-humanities approach. Baldor emphasizes respect for each student’s individuality, collaboration, inclusion, and a zero-tolerance stance toward bullying.
The school also aims to support students’ interests and talents, including sport, music, and science, while helping them pursue further education and university study.
