About Instituto de Estudios del Huevo
Instituto de Estudios del Huevo (IEH) is a non-profit association established on June 12, 1996, with the aim of promoting research and raising awareness about the egg in Spain. Our mission is to contribute to the scientific and technological knowledge of eggs and egg products, as well as to defend the image of eggs by countering misinformation. As a collective effort, IEH is supported by associations of producers and companies involved in the egg food chain, who contribute to the economic sustenance of the Institute.
