About Montessori Institute of Bucharest
Montessori Institute of Bucharest is the only institution in Romania that offers accredited courses by AMI (Association Montessori Internationale), the association founded by Maria Montessori herself in 1929 to ensure the integrity of her work. They offer a range of courses with AMI certification for educators and assistants, covering the age groups of 0-3 years, 3-6 years, and 6-12 years. The courses at MIB stand out for their excellence due to the highly trained and experienced AMI trainers who provide students with a wealth of information.
In addition to their educational programs, MIB supports various projects, including the Foundation Bambini in Emergenza, which established the first Montessori orphanage in Romania. They also provide mentorship for Montessori schools and kindergartens in Romania, as well as offer professional development opportunities for educators.
