Institut za ženski sport is a leading organization for female recreational and professional sports in southeastern Europe, run by top international sports experts. They believe that physical activity is the key to unlocking the full potential of women and girls. Their mission is to provide equal opportunities for all, regardless of location or desired sport, empowering them to play and achieve their goals through sports.

They have established 16 free sports schools for girls in over 20 cities across Serbia, with more than 30 experienced trainers. Over 2,000 girls have already participated in their programs. The institute aims to encourage as many girls and women as possible to embrace sports, highlighting the positive impact it can have on their lives.

They promote health, future prospects, and outstanding achievements on a global scale. The founder of the Institute, Marina Maljković, also serves as the head coach of the national women's basketball team.
