Integral Embodiment

Integral Embodiment is the bodywork and men’s coaching practice of Fred Day, a professional bodyworker and men’s coach. Its approach combines embodied awareness, psychological integration and conscious development to support lasting change in the body, relationships and everyday life. The three-part methodology brings together mindset, psycho-emotional integration and embodiment, helping clients move beyond intellectual insight and put new ways of being into practice.

For men, Integral Embodiment offers one-to-one coaching, group programs, in-person and online men’s groups, and self-paced courses. The work addresses masculine embodiment, “nice guy” patterns, relationships, emotional healing and personal authority. Bodywork services include dearmouring and energy work, deep tissue and myofascial release, and TMJ-focused treatment for jaw and related muscle tension. These sessions aim to support emotional release, mobility, relaxation and vitality through attentive touch and body-based practices. Fred also shares resources and videos on topics related to men’s development and relationships. Services are available through individual sessions and structured programs, with men’s groups offered in Berlin and online.
