About IntegratE Project
The IntegratE Project, co-funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and MSD for Mothers in 2017, aims to enhance service delivery for contraceptive mix and primary healthcare. The project targets Community Pharmacists (CPs) and Patent and Proprietary Medicine Vendors (PPMVs) in multiple states across Nigeria. Implemented by a consortium of partners including Population Council, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) Foundation, AN Impact, Nivi, and Society for Family Health (SFH), the project focuses on empowering Nigerians to lead healthier lives through social marketing and behavior change communication.
Nivi, a digital health company, provides on-demand health information through an interactive chat service, askNivi, while Population Council conducts research to address critical health and development issues. With a mission to reduce poverty and improve health globally, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and MSD for Mothers are instrumental donors in expanding access to quality family planning and primary healthcare services.
