Integrative Lactation Care

Integrative Lactation Care (ILC) provides compassionate, holistic feeding and sleep support for families, led by Jill Mailing, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Drawing on professional expertise and personal experience with feeding challenges, Jill offers thoughtful, nonjudgmental care designed to help parents pursue their goals while supporting the well-being of both parent and baby.

ILC serves families in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and surrounding communities through in-home visits, with in-office and virtual consultations also available. Support is offered beyond the local service area through office or telehealth appointments, as well as text support. Services address nursing and latching, milk supply, pumping, bottle feeding and refusal, reflux and colic, sleep challenges, tongue and lip ties, and prenatal preparation. Families can also explore classes, group offerings, and resources for professionals.

The website features educational blog articles and a free newborn feeding guide covering early feeding volumes, signs of adequate intake, milk storage, and when individual support may help.
