InTempConnect is a cloud-based platform from Onset Computer Corporation for customers using Onset logging and communication devices. The service provides user and site accounts, with unique credentials and activity records to support account management and traceability. Users can work with data from connected devices, including logger reports and information uploaded to or downloaded from the site. The platform also includes tools such as location creation, a Shipment Dashboard, and configuration details that may display shipment maps. These capabilities are intended to help customers access device data and related shipment or configuration information through a website.

InTempConnect serves business customers, including organizations in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, where regulatory record-retention requirements may apply. Onset states that account information and associated data may be retained for up to 15 years under applicable standards, with certain restrictions on deletion. The site uses essential cookies for login, load balancing, and file transfers, and offers optional Google Analytics and Google Maps cookies.
