Intense Rehab

Intense Rehab is a provider of evidence-based psychological and psychosocial outpatient care in Gävleborg and Stockholm. Founded in 2013, the organisation supports people experiencing destructive behaviours, including alcohol and drug problems, as well as anxiety, worry and depression. Its services are available to private individuals and are also delivered on behalf of municipalities, employers, government agencies and regional authorities.

The organisation offers assessment and diagnosis using methods such as ADDIS, ADAD and NODS to clarify needs and guide appropriate support. Its outpatient treatment is presented as an alternative to residential care, with approaches tailored to the person and, where relevant, complemented by medication. Intense Rehab also provides addiction care, including support for gambling problems, and workplace services that can enable employees to continue working during treatment. In addition, it offers KBT-based supervision for individuals and work groups, along with employer support for personnel matters. The team comprises social workers and therapists, and its methods are described as scientifically supported and recommended by Sweden’s National Board of Health and Welfare.
