International Tree Foundation is a UK-based charity that has spent more than 100 years planting, protecting and championing trees for the benefit of people and the planet. It works with local communities in areas where collaborative restoration can deliver lasting benefits, supporting tree planting that provides food and income while helping restore nature. Its programmes span Africa, the UK and Ireland, and include community-led forest restoration and grants for UK and Irish groups developing projects from community woodlands to large-scale rewilding.

The organisation also offers corporate tree-planting days, helping businesses involve employees in practical environmental work and support community projects. For international organisations, it provides partnership opportunities and holistic reforestation programmes. Individuals can contribute through donations, monthly giving, legacy gifts, fundraising and gift trees. International Tree Foundation shares updates and perspectives through its news, journal and annual reports, helping supporters learn about the people and projects behind its work. Its mission is to help trees and communities thrive together and build a greener future.
