INTER S.O.S. is an Italian social cooperative providing public assistance and healthcare transport services. Established on 5 May 2005 to respond to growing needs in the social and healthcare sector, the organisation is based in Magenta, in the Metropolitan City of Milan, and offers service requests around the clock, seven days a week.

Its services include ambulance and equipped-vehicle transport for medical appointments, hospital admissions and discharges, as well as national and international transfers. INTER S.O.S. also provides emergency support at events and public gatherings, and operates a dedicated ambulance service for transporting pets. The organisation reports a fleet of 49 vehicles, including 41 ambulances, equipped for medical assistance and operated by qualified personnel.

INTER S.O.S. works with hospitals, public bodies and associations, and has expanded its activities through partnerships and the acquisition of a business division in 2019. Its services are supported by experienced staff, including drivers, team leaders and rescuers. The cooperative also provides information on its organisational model, certifications, training courses, conventions and whistleblowing process.
