Choose Hope provides intervention and addiction recovery support for individuals and families facing substance use and related mental health challenges. With more than 30 years of experience, the team assists families when a loved one refuses treatment, repeatedly leaves programs early, experiences relapse, or needs help finding appropriate care. Choose Hope also supports people completing treatment and those who need a safe transition between programs.

Its services include intervention, the Safe Passage program, recovery management, recovery coaching, recovery companions, and abstinence monitoring. The organization describes its approach as compassionate and focused on helping families navigate difficult situations and connect loved ones with treatment. Its team can help identify next steps and support clients through transitions in their recovery journey.

Choose Hope serves families in Arizona and offers consultations, including same-day appointments, as well as a new-client intake form for scheduling. The organization encourages families to seek professional assistance rather than wait for a crisis, and invites clients and families to share their experiences to inspire others facing similar struggles.
