Inti Rafting is an outdoor adventure centre based in Runaz, in the municipality of Avise, Valle d’Aosta, Italy. Founded by Alessia, German and Lucio through their shared passion for rivers, water and outdoor activities, the organisation offers rafting experiences on the Dora Baltea, a river known for its varied routes and white-water conditions. Trips are designed for different ages and abilities, from accessible outings for children and families to more challenging descents for experienced and adventurous participants.
The Rio route welcomes guests from age six, Dora is intended as a safe introduction for those aged 12 and older, and the more energetic Inti descent is available from age 16. Other activities include hydrospeed and kayak lessons, along with group options for hen and stag parties, team building and special events. Inti Rafting highlights professional guidance, safety, training and a welcoming approach.
