Intuitive Breastfeeding

Intuitive Breastfeeding & Newborn Consulting, LLC provides personalized lactation and newborn-care support for families in Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding communities, with virtual visits available to families everywhere. Founded by Alexis Ravaioli, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, the practice aims to empower parents to trust their instincts and meet their babies’ nutritional, physical, and emotional needs. Alexis also brings experience as a NICU nurse and mother of three.

Services include in-home and virtual consultations during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Support is tailored to each family’s feeding goals and circumstances, with guidance for breastfeeding challenges such as painful or difficult latching, forceful milk flow, nipple pain, and low milk supply. Families can also get help with bottle feeding, pumping, preparing to return to work, and supporting a baby’s weight gain. Prenatal preparation and basic newborn care, including diapering and safe sleep, are also covered. In-home visits serve communities across the Charlotte area and parts of North and South Carolina, including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Lancaster.
