About Inženjerka godine
Inženjerka godine is an initiative aimed at highlighting successful female engineers and their contributions, making their work more visible to inspire younger generations of girls to choose STEM studies and engineering careers. The project consists of selecting and awarding the "Engineer of the Year" title to outstanding female engineers. The process involves announcing the competition and accepting applications from February to March.
After a thorough review, the top 10 candidates are announced in April, followed by the final selection and proclamation of the "Engineer of the Year" in May. This year, Snježana Miliša, a Program Manager and graduate electrical engineer from Bugatti Rimac, was crowned Engineer of the Year. The initiative also presents information on industry developments and achievements in the scientific research environment.
In summary, Inženjerka godine aims to promote and familiarize girls with STEM professions, encouraging them to pursue engineering careers
