The International Olympic Academy (IOA) is a renowned institution situated near the ancient site of the Olympic Games in Greece. The IOA's history dates back to a plan proposed in 1938, which was adopted by the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC) and officially approved by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
