IoT, trading as IOE PTY LTD, is a registered NDIS provider serving participants across South East Queensland. The organisation focuses on assistive technology and Improved Liveability Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

Its Space Case V1 is a purpose-built iPhone case with satellite connectivity, GNSS/GPS location capability and an independent battery. When an authorised carer or representative calls IoT’s 24/7 locate line, the team can manually retrieve and share the participant’s approximate recent location. The service is consent-based and reactive: it does not provide real-time monitoring, automated alerts or geofencing, and a successful locate is not guaranteed. Space Case V1 is priced at $1,488 including GST and may be considered for NDIS assistive technology funding if it meets the reasonable and necessary criteria.

IoT also provides Improved Liveability SDA in partnership with House and Land Packages Queensland. Homes across South East Queensland incorporate accessible design, smart lighting and climate controls, automated systems, environmental sensors and emergency alert connectivity, with a community-standard appearance. IoT also offers limited loan handsets to eligible Space Case users, subject to availability and a separate agreement.
