IOM TT Marshals

The Isle of Man TT Marshals (TTMA) is a dedicated organization supporting road racing on the iconic 37.73-mile TT Mountain Course. Established as a limited company, TTMA recruits and trains a passionate team of over 8,000 volunteers each year, who play a critical role during the thrilling TT events in May/June and the Manx Grand Prix in August/September. Comprising seven volunteer directors, including Chairman Jane Corlett and Director of Training Neil Smith, the organization manages various responsibilities such as recruitment, training sessions, and collaboration with the ACU and the Isle of Man Government.

With a commitment to safety and camaraderie, the TTMA relies on a robust team, including over 120 deputy sector marshals and twelve chief sector marshals, to ensure smooth operations throughout the events. The organization invites motorsport enthusiasts to join their ranks, offering a unique experience filled with adrenaline and excitement. The TTMA is not just about racing; it's a vibrant community where volunteers contribute to a storied tradition that boasts more than a century of racing heritage.
