TeePublic is an online marketplace where customers can discover and shop for artist-created designs across apparel and other products. Its platform organizes designs into categories and lets shoppers browse popular products, search by topic, and explore artists and tags. The site also provides tools for artists to sign up and create a store, giving designers a way to offer their work to customers.

The featured product page presents a graphic T-shirt made from 100% combed ringspun cotton, with several styles and sizes listed. TeePublic notes that cotton type may vary for some larger sizes. The shopping experience includes account creation, a cart, order-status support, coupon information, and shipping and returns guidance. The company also advertises free exchanges and invites customers to contact support if an order does not meet expectations. Beyond shopping, TeePublic publishes a blog, highlights new designers and featured artists, and offers a newsletter for promotions and updates. Its site lists customer review ratings and information on accessibility, product safety, and intellectual property policies.
