About Iowa State Daily
The Iowa State Daily Media Group is an independent, student-run, non-profit organization that has been serving the ISU community since 1890. With a team of over 200 students, the Daily is owned and operated by students for the students, faculty, staff, and alumni. It is the area's most comprehensive source of news, sports, entertainment, as well as state and national news.
Published Monday through Friday in accordance with the university's academic calendar, the Daily is funded by the Government of the Student Body and is dedicated to providing informative and engaging content to the ISU community. The Iowa State Daily Media Group aims to empower students, inform, educate, and engage the community through producing innovative media and building positive relationships. They are committed to protecting the integrity of their profession while meeting the challenges of an ever-changing industry
