About IPAR
IPAR | Dakar is an initiative that serves as a space for reflection, dialogue, and proposals for agricultural and rural policies in Senegal and the West African region. As a think tank focused on public policies in the agricultural and rural sectors in West Africa, IPAR offers a range of products and services.
