EVIR is a Telegram-focused platform that helps bot and channel owners earn from advertising while enabling advertisers to promote bots and channels. Through EVIR, publishers can place advertising in their own Telegram bots or chats, and advertisers can attract users to Telegram destinations. Campaigns can be set up without coding or managed through the platform’s API, with pricing shown before launch.

EVIR supports several advertising outcomes. Advertisers can pay for a verified action, such as subscribing to a channel, submitting a request, or launching a bot; EVIR checks whether the action was completed. Alternatively, campaigns can pay for a click, defined as a user opening a channel or bot through an EVIR link, without verifying a subscription. The site also lists payment of 3–10 rubles for a confirmed subscription or bot launch from an advertising card.

EVIR provides product documentation, API information, pricing and service terms, alongside support and privacy details. Its service is designed to connect Telegram publishers seeking revenue with advertisers looking for performance-based promotion.
