IPH Strategies, LLC is an independent consulting practice helping organizations strengthen programs, systems, and strategies that advance population health. Founded by Dr. Sonita Claude-Simelus, a physician-trained public health strategist, the practice combines clinical perspective, public health expertise, program evaluation, and systems thinking. Its work is evidence-informed, implementation-focused, and grounded in real-world context, lived experience, and cultural responsiveness.

IPH Strategies supports community-based organizations, nonprofits, and public health programs through tailored consulting engagements in the United States and internationally. Services include systems strategy and strategic planning, population health and community assessments, program evaluation, and strategic advisory. The practice also helps organizations use information effectively through data interpretation, evidence synthesis, performance measurement frameworks, KPI development, and decision-ready reporting. Project work may include stakeholder engagement, logic models, implementation planning, data collection and analysis, and practical recommendations.
