Founded by Wes Moore in 2007, iPlayerHD has emerged as the result of years of collaboration with professional video content producers, even before online video became widely popular. Moore's dedication to personal support has remained a defining characteristic throughout his career, which is reflected in the exceptional level of customer service provided by iPlayerHD. Unlike many other platforms, iPlayerHD prioritizes old-fashioned, hands-on support for their video hosting platform, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need.

While initially focused on serving the needs of professional event videographers, iPlayerHD has expanded its reach to cater to a wide range of markets. These include companies utilizing video for marketing purposes, employee training, real estate listings, e-learning, sports, and religious organizations, among others. With an array of features and packages available, iPlayerHD strives to build lasting relationships with its customers by offering indispensable products and unparalleled support
